Buffalo Wild Wings Naked Chicken Tenders are about the same - 170 calories I believe
Panera Bread Steak & Arugula Sandwich - 250 calories for 1/2 sandwich
Wendy’s Chili - 250 calories for a large cup1 -
Mcdonalds regular cheeseburger is 250 calories, starbucks reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich 2501

McDonald's Canada has a protein smoothies now0

Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich is 370 calories and very filling. I also like Chick-fil-a's grilled nuggets at 140 for an 8 count and 210 for a 12. They are my two go-to's when I'm out and about and don't have the option to bring something from home.0

Taco Bell's "Fresco" options are all fairly low cal. The chicken soft fresco taco is 140 calories. A side of black beans is 80 calories.
Oh, and Chick-fil-a's diet lemonade is the bomb-diggity.1 -
Popeye's has good biscuits!
The other day I went to KFC (I think they reverted back to Kentucky Fried Chicken?) for the first time in over a decade. Last time I ate there I think my tears turned into chicken grease lol.
I ordered 5 piece chicken tendies, side of potato wedges, and 2 biscuits. I saw that they had a fried apple pie on the menu so I got one of those too. I think the whole lunch ended up being 1680 calories or something. I'll get it right next time.3 -
I go to kfc. Grilled chicken, potatoes and gravy, not bad on calories at all.0

If I'm gonna go to Popeye's, it's gonna be for a 3-piece spicy combo with Cajun rice and an extra biscuit.
Which is why I don't go there too often.1 -
Three piece mild tenders, two biscuits and a mac and cheese. I think that's coming on 1,000 cals but yesssssss1

McD Vanilla cone in Canada. Officially in at 230 Cal. Usually log it at 250 to 300 depending on the size. Paired with a large coffee with half milk and you're good to go for a bit!
Wendy small chilli 170 to 220 depending on how topped up and amount of hot sauce or pepper and relative amount of meat. Pair with Tim Horton's tea biscuit at 250 to 260 Cal or Wendy's plain baked potato (no sour cream, use chilli as topping) at 270ish. Or by itself... or have two!
Poor man surf and turf with dog treat: McD's McDouble, add max amount of red onion plus a fillet-o-fish patty. Under $4 Canadian. 550-570 Cal as is; 460-480 if you give your dog a nice burger patty (ask for unseasoned if willing to wait!). Or save $0.30 to $0.40 by ordering a single cheeseburger without the dog treat!1
