I don't count the sugars from "real, unadulterated" food such as milk, fruit, some vegetables. I think it is the processed sugars we need to cut out e.g. sweetened yogurts, granola bars and the obvious pies, cookies, cakes....just my humble opinion although I know there are a lot of people out there who will disagree about…

wieght today....187lbs....gained 2lbs :( So as of last week I had met the 5lb weight loss challenge, but now I gained so I guess it doesn't count :( :(

I have a planned evening treat.....usually hot milk and cookies as a bedtime snack. Each morning I try to plan out my "menu" for the day and I account for the calories that will be my evening treat. That way when I get that evening craving I still have something to look forward to.

Hi...your message says that "you do fine staying under your calorie goal for a few days".....so my question is how far UNDER your calorie goal do you go. If you are not eating enough you may be binging because your body is not receiving adequate norishment. I also find it helps if you try not to "deprive" yourself.....fit…

I completely agree.....in fact I believe that most things in life are simple if we allow them to be. Things appear to be complicated when we lose sight of the big picture and overthink the details. Think simply and logically and clarity will prevail. Just my humble opinion :)

I do 30-35 minutes 5-7 x week on a "fat burning/interval" program....and not only is it helping me with mt weight loss and muscle tone but my blood pressure and resting heart rate are significantly better than they were a year ago

I'm in. I started at 205lbs....my goal weight for now is 175lbs......this is my 50th day on MFP and have lost 15lbs. I do 30-35 mins on the eliptical (almost) every day.
