Joyful...pay more attention to what your weekly weight is versus daily. My "official" weigh-in day is Thursday and that is what I really look at for tracking my weight loss. I'm lucky that this challenge fell on the day before so it's close. Keep drinking lots of water (if you're not already - you may be!!), and pick one day to focus on for your weigh in. Our body weight fluctuates so much during the week it's crazy. For example, i weighed myself this weekend and I was 212.4. I exercised the last two days and I weighed in at 213.6 today. Same calories only difference was exercise. I think our bodies just need time to adjust and figure out what's going on.
Oh - this really got long. Sorry! And I don't mean to sound like I'm lecturing...if I do. Just trying to encourage you to hang in there and see what happens! :flowerforyou:0 -
Was pretty worried nothing changed, but I had a happy surprise today!
206.4 lbs which is about 1 1/2 lbs lost woot!

I try not to check my weight too often because I have a range too. For me it goes from about 206-210 throughout the day. Keep your head up you are going in the right direction it just takes some time0 -
