I am 190 lbs and goal is 160 lbs. 4 week challenge goal of 182 (8 lbs).
3/13 = Starting Weight – 190
3/20 = 182.6
3/27 = 183

I've been doing a lot of up and down in the last two weeks. But I'm down for the moment, and hopefully I can keep from bouncing back up too much!0 -

Sorry for forgetting to post last week! It was not so good for me since didn't realize I had ate so much sodium. Here's my weigh in for the 27th, I guess better late than never.
