The first that I suggest you... eat more calories girl , something about 1600 - 1900 and wait... Your body probably gonna gain some weight at the beginning , don't worry you'll lose that fast... be patience = )

Hey .. In my opinion if you can sleep at Baltimore, you could take the chance to know the city ( if you still don't know) and relax a little bit before the race.. Don't forget to sleep early and drink a lot of water in this day : ) About the food, well, just eat at places that you trust and don't try to eat new things…

I've ran 26k in my BDay (26 yr) last month , but in June 30 I'll run my official first half-marathon .. the ASICS Golden Four. The only thing that matters now it's that I've spent the last three weeks on the field , I just made 3 runs in this time. So, I don't have time to lose : P I would love to have more runners in MFP…

Just do the same things in the day before the race, then you do before a common day of training. During the race drink some water after the 2k or 20min of running. Sleep well before. Don't run too fast in the start of the race, run at your pace. Try to estimate a good and comfortable pace for you, and keep it in the race,…

I usually run 4 times a week, and rest the others 3... Depends what do you want, and the intensity of your work out. When you rest your body is improving itself to better works later...

I usually run 4 times a week (Mon, Tue, Thu and Sat), and and "rest" the other three days, 1 with cross training and the other two I rest completely! It's good remember, the days of rest still are "training days" 'cause so do it right! Our body are just improving itself for the next days of work out.

I think i can help you with that Ang... If you gonna run less than one hour, just water is enough ... If you gonna run more than one hour, you must switch water and a sports drink, and some carb...

In a pace for a half marathon i run with 160 bpm .. 165 bpm... and for the 5k's race is about 175, and in the final becomes about 185 or more in the last sprint... Oh and about the training, sometimes i workout based in the HR (long runs) and sometimes in the pace (speed training)
