You can totally do it! I lost over 100 lbs in just about 9 months. Just lowering carbs and sugar and working out everyday and eating about 1200-1300 calories a day.

I usually get an iced coffee with SF vanilla and some half and half as well. I have one everyday and still lose weight.

I eat a lot of salad lol, so I make taco salad and buffalo chicken salad quite a bit.. I also like cauliflower rice stir fry , you can probably google a recipe, I just basically cook beef stir fry but with riced cauliflower.

You really need to eat more calories, especially before you start riding your bike . Find a couple of good protein bars or protein shakes that you like, that will up your calories and add more protein to your diet as well. I usually take my FitBit off when I am on the elliptical because it is counting steps and syncing with MyFitnessPal when I am definitely working harder on the "hill climb"mode of the elliptical, so I prefer to just log in the closest exercise in manually.

Starting on Monday again! Trying to lose about 60lbs by mid summer and 80lbs by the end of the year! Trying to get preggers before the end of the year(hopefully by fall) and with turning 30 in December of this year, it is a must do that I stick to it!
