I made cheeseburgers and leftover fried risotto "cakes" for dinner last night. Not the healthiest meal, but my fiance requested burgers and the risotto needed used before it went bad.

If you're only worried about the calories consumption and not the ingredients, Nickels (35 cal), Sara Lee (45 cal) and Aldi (35 cal) have low calorie breads that taste pretty good. I'm sure there are some weird ingredients in them to make them so low calorie, but I don't worry about that. Some people like making cloud…

I like walking on trails and playing Beat Saber (which burns a surprising amount of calories). I hate cardio, but I do enjoy lifting at the gym.

Wasa Crackers with Hot Sauce & Cheddar Cheese. I also eat a lot of dill pickles.

I just finished up the "Institute of the Shadow Fae" series by C.N. Crawford. I may look into reading more of their books that are based in the same universe.

I'm trying to start again. I'm currently the heaviest that I've ever been and I have 100 pounds to lose. I saw a picture of myself the other day and it finally clicked just how heavy I am.

Likely a case in Pennsylvania now. I'm not that worried about coronavirus. Unless you have a weakened immune system or are elderly, its unlikely to affect you any worse than the flu. That being said, I do work in a school and I have stocked up on some extra hand sanitizer and clorax wipes.

Just finished up "Shatter City" by Scott Westerfeld. Now reading "Heart of the Moors" by Holly Black.

Yeah, it doesn't help either of us. But it helped my coworker get signed copies, which is still pretty cool. I have signed copies of a few books. I have stuff from Richelle Mead, Holly Black, Neal Shusterman and Sarah J. Maas. Target and Barnes & Noble get signed copies in sometimes.

Frozen meals tend to have high sodium, but I don't think they're all that bad for you. The portions can be pretty small though. I'm kinda picky and I don't like anything with red sauce, so that removes a lot of options for me. I like these ones though: Lean Cuisine Four Cheese Tortellini with Pesto Sauce Lean Cuisine…

Today is leftovers. I have some leftover restaurant rice and refried beans, plus I'm adding some chicken breast that I cooked myself. I'll probably throw on some Taco Bell sauce since I have a bag full in my desk.

Thanks. I'll check it out once I get Beat Saber installed.

We've had a pretty mild winter so far. The last couple of days have been pretty chilly, but the temps are going to start rising again tomorrow. We haven't even had more than an inch of snow at one time. Its unusual, but I'm really not complaining. I'm going to be starting to go to the gym again and begin walking outdoors…

I'm currently reading The Shadowglass by Rin Chupeco

My Oculus Rift is coming in today and the first thing I'm downloading is Beat Saber. I also want Arcadia once its released. Sadly, my friend informed me that you can no longer side-load copyrighted songs into Beat Saber on the Oculus Rift, so I'll only be able to play the songs provided from Beat Saber.

I was able to find 2 sports bras for $5 each and a pair of nice leggings for $15 at a local discount store (similar to marshalls, tj maxx, ross's, etc.). I've been looking for some gym clothes because I only have 2 pairs of durable leggings right now and 1 sports bra, so its a pain to be washing them constantly. I'm…

1/3: 242.5 1/10: 242 (-0.5) 1/17: 240.2 (-1.8) Had a good loss this week. I've kept under my calorie goal every day so far. My goal is to hit 238 lb. by the end of this month, so that should be doable.

Today I'll be having french onion soup with a chunk of bread and mozzarella. I'll probably eat a yogurt with lunch as well.

I work at a high school, so lunches are fairly healthy if I choose to eat here. Pretty much all meals are around 500-600 calories. Everything is whole grains, baked, low sugar, light versions, etc. The food is actually pretty decent. Today will be a Italian Sub on WG Ciabatta, spinach salad w/ Light Italian dressing, and…

I currently drink diet pop, but I did experience good results when I stopped drinking it previously. It may be a mental thing, but I experienced less hunger when I stopped drinking pop. I also craved sweets less. I plan on cutting back on pop substantially once I finish the case I have at home currently. At the very least,…

27 Years Old BMI 41 RHR is around 80 (according to my Fitbit) Low activity - Roughly 5000 steps a day My RHR is pretty high, I suppose. Its still in the normal range though, so I'm not too concerned. Hopefully it will drop once I start losing weight.

I totally drink chicken broth as a snack sometimes. I will use cartons of broth for convenience, but I do prefer making homemade broth because I can control the ingredients. My easy stock/broth recipe is to throw a rotisserie chicken carcass, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and sometimes radishes into a pot of water and…

A few of the vegans I know survive off of pasta and potatoes. Just because something is vegan-friendly, it doesn't mean that its low cal. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but I do enjoy trying vegan foods and meat replacements. My suggestion would be to check out the menus of vegan resturaunts for ideas. Vegan mac & cheese…

I don't have issues with eating any certain foods. There are certain ones I often avoid simply because I don't have the self control to not eat too much, but really, nothing is off-limits. When I'm talking junk food, its because my family would literally pile a plate full of chips, cheese, pepperoni and olives and call it…

They're not healthy, but they have a little less sugar than regular poptarts. I usually don't buy poptarts, but I had to try these. They're pretty good.

How about a broth based soup (or just broth to sip on)? Warm liquids help your stomach feel full because they're taking up space, but you're not getting a bunch of calories. Hard boiled eggs & string cheese are my favorite low cal, high protein snacks. Specifically pickled eggs because I like the vinegar taste.

I'm finally getting back into the swing of things after a rough couple of years. I maintained my current (heaviest) weight for the last year. I'm ready to start losing now. I plan to record my weight every Friday. Jan 2020 SW: 242.5 lb. CW: 242 lb. (01/10) Dec 2020 GW: 210 lb. My goal for January is to set my calorie goal…
