Eat a combination of healthy foods and your yummy snacks...just eat more of the healthy foods and always log everything you eat!! Deprivation does lead to bingeing so I basically eat what I want snackwise, I just make sure that I have the veggies too! Eat the way that you intend to eat for the rest of your life!

Sometimes I push thru it and sometimes I go for the freaking burger, lol...as long as you're working out you should be okay and try not to deprive yourself for a long time...leads to major cravings...good luck!!

You're right...I just log my strength training(strenuous) under the general entry because it is rather tedious to list every move under the actual 'strength training' title...sometimes I can't even remember every move but I'm sure that I'm burning more than the general entry gives...I'll be looking forward to your next…

I log this under circuit training: 30 jumping jacks 20 push-ups 20 overhead presses repeat all 40 step ups 20 bicep curls 20 tricep curls repeat all 10 crunches with hand weight 10 oblique crunches with weight 10 bicycle crunches 10 suitcase crunches 30 jumping jacks I think this is about 37 minutes:smile:

I do mostly stationary bike...somehow it helps with the cramps but tonight I just did some low impact aerobics too...if you can get started you'll feel a lot better when you're done with the workout...hope that helps - rock it out!!

Agreed, some ppl just take things the wrong way but sometimes there's no other way to take it when someone is just flat out being rude or nasty which is not necessary. I'm sure everyone on each side could lighten up a bit but some are just not willing...I still enjoy lurking though, good way to pass the time.
