I feel the exact same way...even gained a pound, but I still feel good about the couple of inches lost. I think I'll try it again for May because it will keep me working out harder! That is so true...we need to congratulate ourselves with whatever loss we have and when you think about all the work it takes to lose that 'one pound', it will be just that much more special...I loved that...I get happy over ounces... at the end of the day, it all adds up! I use the videos on exercisetv when I want to add a little extra to my workout without killing myself. I log it as low-impact aerobics. I usually do the 2 mile walk(30min) or the 3mile which is about 38minutes. Not too strenuous, but it still gets your heart rate up!:tongue:
