Most of what is on that list is correct....but remember like anything else you can eat some foods on that list...just do it in moderation. I give myslef at least one day a week to cheat. So when I decide to eat steak I can eat the ribeye....remember one good day doesn't make you skinny and one bad day doesn't make you fat.…

You should have smoething to eat before you workout to fuel your workout and you should have some protein with in 30 minutes after your workout.

Take 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries and 1 tbsp of Agave nectar and let it thaw in the refrigerator over night........makes a great sweet snack....Agave Nectar is low Glycimic and sweeter than sugar:)
