Try cutting back on carbs and sugar. Do not eliminate them, but lower them, and keep an eye on them. Also, you might want to up your calories a bit. These two things work for me.
-
Try to exercise at least three times this week. Also, try to watch your carb and sugar intake. Do not eliminate, but reduce these. Focus on healthy protein, veges, fats. You will be satisfied and can eat more. Everyone is different, so try to see what works for you. This might work! Good luck!

Good advice here - focus on attaining good health. Once you get to the mindset of what you will get if you don't eat something, instead of what you are missing, it will click for you. You have so much to look forward to - make fitness a hobby and part of your lifestyle. It is just who you are. Then you will have long term…

Get your thyroid levels checked, along with B12, iron and D. My D and iron were extremely low and I had similar symptoms. With prescription level supplements, the symptoms disappeared.

Depends...Are you still losing weight? Does your body process sugar without stalling? Everyone is different. Make your decision by trial and error. Listen to your doctor and your body!

I upped my calories this week, and started watching sugar and carbs. I am not cutting them, but closely monitoring them. I dropped 1.4 this week. Also, I started reading "The Mouth Trap, The Butt Stops Here," by Pam Young. I got the audio version from Audacity. I highly recommend this informative and entertaining audio…

:flowerforyou: I can relate. I lost some weight and just got weary of dieting. Then, I remembered how great it felt to be in pretty good shape. So, I am at it again, and have a different angle...I am not dieting. I am eating and exercising to be healthy. Sounds cliche, but it is real, and the only thing that will help you…

If you like shakes, and don't have the budget for Shakeology, you might try Alive. It is about 1/3 of the price, full of the super foods and nutrition, and delicious. Got mine at Walgreens. Have only tried vanilla soy. Do what works for you!:flowerforyou:
