I have been drinking hot, sugar-free drinks after supper. It is working for me. The cup or 2 of warm liquid in my tummy helps to signal "full" for me and keeps me out of the kitchen. I am trying to establish this as a new after supper habit. My mini-goal is NO eating after supper. My tummy and system needs this rest.…

For everyone it is different. I eat about 1/2 of my exercise cals back if I want them. Listen to your body.

:heart: WIth Finals behind you, you now have time to focus on being healthy. Exercise everyday, up your water intake, and eat lots of fruits and veges. You don't have to be perfect....you can budget for your treats.....you can also exercise more so you can eat more! I am pulling for you! Fab:heart:

Up your exercise and cut down on carbs for a few days. Your body will go to it's new set weight. :)
