thank you for the website. i actually dont have my thyroid anymore and have to take synthroid and i have been noticing that my hands are doing the weird numb thing. this'll help me figure out if it is the food.

I bought mine at Walmart. $10. I did it on Monday, the 7th and my legs are still killing me. I haven't done it in 2 days. I have to start over again.
