with sodium kick out the cans, kick out the hams. No frozen TV dinners or processed foods. Frozen or fresh.... a good level is like 2000mg of sodium a day. You must have some sodium to maintain homeostasis.

String cheese, Emeralds cocoa powder almonds 100 Cal packs, 1 cup high fiber cereal- semisweet chocolate melted and mix cereal in it home made trail mix. Pecan halves with a small apple. Fiber one chocolate oat bar. Yummy yum yum. LOL (*)

I also recommend lots of lotion to the belly as skin care will help the elasticity of the skin as you loose. I have seen it done I hope it still can be done. I am trying anyways

Mine is definately that I am a stress eater and I allow my stress to get out of control and I will eat to console... Then end up back in my mindless eating habits that pack on the pounds.. Hi I'm an RN and from what I believe, If your heart is beating an extra beat yes FIND OUT WHY but it is also working harder and burning more calories... 170's not healthy to maintain for long periods of time, just be careful but the work your heart does equals calories burned so yes you can eat your calories back safely.
