Hello I am Linette I am over 50 and sick of diets hat just do not work. I just completed a Mindful Eating course that gave me some tools to help me gauge my hunger and eat more instinctively. Any support along this journey of Health and Loss is very welcome. I have about 100 pounds to lose. :)

I am currently 243 and my ideal weight for my height is 135-140. So here I am on a journey of Getting healthier.

Glad to have you back. I have gained much more than that. I have a total of 80+ to loose. Menopause, illness and a job where I sit all day has been something I could not overcome. I feel now that i am ready. started the 1st of the year so far 5 down. but if i loose only 1 a week i a happy with that.

Isn't funny how weight can affect ability to be motovated and energy level. :yawn: I have the same problem. I find once I do get out I am fine.:happy: It is the initial getting out that is hard. I am working on it too.

I am thinking that in the digital is is more about producing a print and the other is maybe more about coffee table books. One section is for show and the other shows how. That is a bit nutty that would go to gether. An 8X10 camera and glass negatives would be far from digital I would think. :noway:

I love using my Holga it uses 120 film and I can develop at home, I use a changing bag to put the film in a developing container and when I am done I scan my negative into the computer and print. Here is a shot I did with this process.
