Hello my name is Linette. I was doing MFP last year and stopped. I am back now and saw this local group. I like shopping at sprouts most things are healthy and organic. I have started to take a 20 min walk around my neighborhood in the mornings. according to MFP it only burns 128 calories but it is a good start to my day.

I walked. I work in an office and me and coworker walked down the street and up the other that as a slight incline and then made a loop back to the office. We took a 20 min walk.
