I have a fit bit. I have set my minimum standard at 7500 steps a day. It is not easy but being able to see your progress and adjust your habits to meet a goal is valuable. I walk at least three times a week with a friend and those days are usually exceed my goal. Other days I might have to pace back-and-forth in my room till I hit my minimum but I don’t always hit my minimum and that’s OK I still moved throughout the day.

I have set my Fitbit so I move every hour about 250 steps.0
