Happy Surgiversary!!!

You are not alone! I had my surgery March 2014, HW 230, LW 131, currently I'm at 141.4... I am trying so hard to get back to where I was.

I'm 2.5 years out, and I've gained back 11lbs that just will NOT go away, no matter what i do. Though i do admit, i'm not as active as i should or could be... Feel free to friend me, i love the support!

This happens to me since my surgery, not before though. I wake up gasping for air, and it's just the bile that comes up. It's the most disgusting taste! It usually happens if i've eaten too late or if i go to bed to closely after eating..

I was bouncing back and forth between 131 and 134 for months, I'm thinking no big deal right?..WRONG!! All of a sudden I'm at 142.5 and it's not bouncing back down no matter what i do! Holy crap! Time to get my stuff in gear...

Hi! I had my VSG on March 4th, 2014. I lost 98lbs and jumped back up 6.5lbs. My doctor too was ok, she said it was going to fluctuate, but I'm not happy with it. I am back to basics trying to lose it again. Good luck to you! Support is what we're all here for.

Hi, I'm in Long Island, New York (about 1.5 hours from Montauk Point), I had the Sleeve surgery on 3/4/14 HW 230 SW 219 LW 131.4 CW 137 Kicking my own butt to get back down to my LW and maybe even lower. I slacked and it showed.

I have a regain of 6.5lbs, and I'm petrified of it going higher than that. So I am trying to go back to the 1st year way of eating. I also cut out the wine I was drinking more frequently than I would like to admit... Hopefully this will get the regain off :)

Hi, I eat between 700-800 calories a day. VSG 3/4/14 SW 230lbs, CW 131.8. I struggle to eat every day, so I eat every 2 hours. My surgeon says that's ok but that I should be eating more calories.

I've never heard of this, but it sounds delicious!

It does settle down after a bit. I'm almost 2 yrs out now and I get mine every 28 days like clock work for 3-4 days straight. Hang in there!
