So my body is retaining water?? I'm sticking to eating healthily and I will stick with the gym and hopefully you're right and I'll start losing some weight. Thank you to everyone who replied! :) I'll post an update when I see what happens.

Thank you for the reply, it's very much appreciated but that's what's confusing me; I don't do weights! Most of my time is spent doing cardio and it feels awful to know nothing is changing the way I want it to. (I edited my OP)
