This is one area where I do not have a problem. I love to sleep and sleep I do. :laugh: :happy: And if Im tired durning the day and need a nap aslong as Im home to take one I do.

I would talk til someone listened. Some poor child is going to get very sick. And who knows if they havent already. Ask some of the other parents that were with you and saw this things to also speak up. Its not just gross, thats nasty!:mad: :angry:

No way. Thats why Im here. I dont like the way I look in the mirror or in pics. So its time for me to change me on outside. Ive done alot of changing over the last 5 -8 yrs on the inside, now its time to change the outside to match. :noway:

No not really know the weight number. He always says stuff like your butt is getting smaller or you really see a difference in your face. We have been together for 17 yrs, so he has seen me very thin (size 3) and very large 22.

Doesnt bother me. I have friends that are older and some much younger. Age is a state of mind(or sometimes lack of it).:wink: :laugh:

Im so glad you asked this. I that is was only me. Before when I lost I walked. The weather outside has not been good for walking so I have been working out on the elliptical and most of the time I do 65mins. The weight isnt coming off for me either. So I started last week to add some weights in twice a week and see how…

Grads! Sometimes your clothes is a better judge then your scale. Im in the same boat as you. Scale refusing to move but clothes are not as tight. Again Grads. :happy:

Howdy, Im 5"3 and 1200. Most days I go over but I excercise. I hardly ever use all those caleries. All my friends tease me for being so short. Been this way for 48 years and most likey only get shortier at this point.

Take the stairs. Park futher out in the parking lot. Yes. Anywhere I can. Especailly days like this one when a regular workout :sad: is not on the list.

Just got off the ellipitcal doing 60mins. Gotta take dog for walk, shower then go to walmart. Then fill Avon orders. Eight boxes worth. That should take up most of the day. The hard part is figuring what Im going to have for lunch. YOU?:happy:

When my TOM comes around I go way off. But I try to let myself have a day off now and then to keep from going off the deep end. Now todays a new day. And you did exercise, so give yourself some credit. :laugh:

try chewing gum. When all else fails I eat 100 calorie yogurt. If you dont have them in the house you wont know they are there and having to go to get them will make you think twice. It does me.

Thats awsome. It happened to me avery long time ago. Got fitted, bought the dress. Then when the wedding came the sash on the dress would not stay on at all. Bride was pissed. I had no idea I had lost that much weight. Someone found a safety pin and tacked it up and on. Funny now. Just waiting is a good thing. :laugh:

Yes start small, but start. The excerise will help you more then you know. When I excercise I can handle stress so much better. The big things dont seem so big anymore. Im sure there is a medical reason for this, I just dont know what it is. Just know it helps. If you live in an area that has nice weather get out and walk.…
