Protein is worth far less in calories than fat and carbs, you can lose weight on a very high protein/low fat and carb diet. Also cottage cheese is a godsend, live off it.

You can indulge once in a while for special occasions. One unhealthy meal isn't going to make you fat, like one healthy meal isn't going to make you ripped. Just do whatever you want to do.

There's nothing wrong with drinking. If anything, treat it as a reward when you hit a certain goal, or as an incentive to work harder.

Go see a doctor. If you are bedridden, you really need to figure out what it is, and then exercise after that. Also there's no such thing as a person who needs to exercise AND eat less to lose weight, you can lose weight with good dieting alone. If anything, the dieting is 80% of your weight loss.
