I've lost almost 30 pounds and I started at a 42 H and now I am a 38-40 H. Cup size has gone no where!!!! I still spill out the top a little but nonetheless I am still an H!

ramen is cheap and filling, but its super bad for you!!!! my grandma was reading on it and it has the same type of wax as candles, not a lot but some. and its loaded with carbs, starch and salt. get regular spaghetti noodles instead.

all i did is cut out junk food, soda and juices with a lot of sugar. I ride my bike for a couple of hours like 3 days a week. since i don't like plain water i drink flavored carbonated water A LOT!!!!! I drink a lot of green and black tea. If I do want junk food I take 1-2 bites unless its a ridiculous amount calories. And…
