Well I don't workout till about 2 o'clock so not eating is not an option, but I usually eat at noon instead if one like today. Still feeling it even now though ugh.

What do you mean increase your chances of feeling bad? Just don't eat the stuff and you won't feel bad...are you saying there's no way of possibly staying away from fast food so why even try? I dont understand.

Ya this isn't really what I was asking...ive done 30 day shred and ripped in 30 and they do come with free meal plans but this is a little different like a personal trainer type thing.

You can actually order your breadsticks "dry" meaning no butter and it saves a lot of cals. The minestrone soup is low cal high fiber like around 100 cals per bowl aaand you can order fat free dressing on your salad. You can eat where you want people!

I got mine at Meijer...they also had things like fish sticks and chickenless chicken patties for adults.

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30 work# everything and is only 20 minutes long. She also has one called no more trouble zones that obviously works on trouble spots! Make sure whatever you do you combine cardio with strength training/toning.

I'm 5'8.5" and started at 180 right after I had my baby. 140 is my current goal and I have 9 more pounds to go. Not worried about getting to a highschool weight like some people - I'm a woman now! Lol 140 would be nice but a lot of toning needs to happen too. Medium/small frame hourglass shape.

Agave nectar! Even my husband will drink it. Depending on how much you sweeten it its about 15 cals for 24 ounces. Sometimes I add frozen raspberries too.

Stoneyfield organic is soooo yummy! They have some with Carmel or chocolate on the bottom! And I just bought a big tub of BaNilla flavor for smoothies and yogurt pops!

Don't beat yourself up! A special treat like that is worth not missing imo. Especially if you can still fit it into your calories. If you've been doing great for months give yourself a break! And look at it this way...the more you eat the faster it will be gone lol!

ken's steakhouse light poppyseed dressing is the best! I put that over romaine and any fruit I want. I also love to make Greek salad. Feta, green pepper, red onion, olives and light Greek dressing.

Lipton makes green tea bags, I don't mean instant. I was drinking yogi but I make a big pitcher of iced tea at a time which takes at least 6 tea bags, too expensive!

I suffer from it at night. Excersizing in the evening helps and popping some magnesium right before bed virtually makes it dissapear!

I recently read in a magazine that sex doesn't burn nearly as many calories as we think. It would have to be some kinda workout and would be more like yoga/strength training than cardio. I guess you could wear a heart rate monitor! Haha

Ya I already looked at caloriesperhour but they don't have a 5.5 mph either just jumps from 5.2 to 6 like this site does. I'm not too worried about the few extra calories but I just wanted to know if there was a reason

I agree! My mom's brunch line-up is souffles, scones, fruit salad and carrot cake! I'm definitely gonna fill up on fruit salad but seeing as how I AM a mom im going to enjoy the day too =) im going to excersize and make sure my other meals are light. Portions are key!
