Yep Kroger carries them now Jillian Michaels website as well. Special k pop chips actually have fewer calories for more chips but I personally think pop chips taste a little better.

I don't get any cravings at all, it hasn't increased my appetite it just keeps the weight on. Thinking about trying Zoloft or celexa as those two seem to affect weight the least. Sahm to a two year old boy! Only been staying at home for a few months now. Last year I lost 40 lbs of baby weight while working, and since staying at home have gained a lot if it back. At least ten more pounds to go, 20 would be great!

I am soo with you! I was just thinking this tonight. Thinking about giving myself less variety like a frozen meal for dinner every night, salad for lunch and cereal for breakfast..that way without logging I still know I'm under my calorie goal

I second omega 3 enriched eggs! Egg yolks are sooo good for you! One egglands best egg is only 70 cals, worth it!

They make both a light and sugar free hersheys syrup. Espresso has no calories in it!

Weight loss is 80% what you eat and 20% excersize. At the MOST I've read 70/30. Anyone even if you can't excersize at all, you'll make more progress watching what you eat.

Started at 160, weighing in today at 158.6! I did two days of strength training too. I may not have lost a whole lot of weight these 7 weeks but it helped me bust through a plateau! Yay!

Use yogurt as the sauce, fruit or plain, top with fruit like berries and sprinkle with granola! For crust use a honey wheat pita pocket cut in half!

hey guys, not many of us left but we can do this! I have actually stopped strength training to get me through this plateau (which it has!) so this challenge comes at a bad time lol. But I'll still do it! Maybe a couple rounds of ripped in 30. Good luck!
