Found some more info, looks like its basically eggs/fruit or yogurt for breakfast, salad for lunch and grilled lean meat with veggies for dinner and yogurt for snack. Sticking to this alone would make anyone loose weight!

Can you really only get the book from his website? My library doesn't have it and I want it now lol!! What kinds of foods do eat?

They are completely amazing, gives me so much stamina. I put 1 tbs in my smoothie after a run though some say do it before a run. Anyway you don't have to mess with grinding them OR soaking them just put them into whatever. I sprinkle on salad too. But they say do not go over 2 tbs a day and 1 is plenty.

Get more information, read The Kind Diet by Alicia Silverstone. It is very good and convinced me. I was vegan for about 11 days. It can be very hard to do right and healthy especially in a small town. Good luck!

I'm weighing in at 159.8 from 160. At least its something! I made a batch of homemade cookies for a friend this week so of course I had one and that was my trigger food. But I only had one!

Mine would be coffee but I don't log it. Mine is Aunt Millies light whole grain bread. Only 35 cals a slice I use it for toast and grilled cheese! Smart Balance spread is my number two!

I really need to do this! Its sooo hard because my husband gets home around 830 and eats dinner! I'm gonna have to go in a different room lol.

Stayed at 160 this week. Had two servings of fruit everyday except one serving the first day.

How is everyone doing with the fruit? I went grocery shopping today and stocked up! The first day I only got one serving of fruit in I i forgot oops. But two every day since! No excersize tonight because had some unexpected guests so hopefully I don't go over calf tonight. keep up good work everybody!

Tonight we had turkey burgers on Arnold thin slice buns with red onion and pineapple, it was yummy and quick!

Even with a half cup flour I'm getting like 130 cals. There is nothing in database called whole meal flour. Just whole wheat flour. What am I doing wrong? =[

You should definitely get some more calories in your day! Maybe keep some nuts or something else healthy to snack on at your desk and drink that water! =). Yep I found some good smoothie recipes since I'm not a big tea person. Health food store had a matcha blend but not real stuff. I will definitely look at the Asian market thanks.
