Tilapia with Red Curry Sauce Flatout Wrap Pizza.. some turkey sausage, veggies and reduced fat cheese.. ate a slice before I remembered to take a picture :) Chicken Parm Burger and Zucchini Fries Man, this picture stuff is kind of frustrating lol.. Lately my go to breakfast has been a piece of light 12 grain toast with about 2 tablespoons of avocado spread on it. I put an egg, 2 slices of turkey bacon and a slice of tomato on it as well. It holds me over til lunch and its only 220 calories and 15 grams of protein!

Although it's not a complete sandwich since I only eat it on one piece of bread, my latest obsession is a piece of 12 grain light bread toasted with either a little hummus or avocado spread on it, topped with a scrambled egg, 2 pieces of turkey bacon and a slice of tomato! So good!

I've lost 102 lbs in the past 8 months, and I drink coffee every single day. I could never give it up, and have never had any problems!

I'm also tall (5'11") and just made it into a size 12 from a 24. I'm pretty happy where I'm at right now but wouldn't mind getting into a 10!

Well, just as an update.. I upped my calories just a little and took 2 days off from the gym, and I've lost 2lbs! Crazy how our bodies work!

Thank you!! I had a really hard time upping my calories even to 1500 today and still only have a net calories of 500 after exercise. I don't know how I can possibly fit in another 700 calories since I have put in all of my meals already for the day. Maybe throw in a glass of milk with dinner or something. Why is this so…

In my defense, Friday I did about an hour of Just Dance 2 for the WII and Sunday I walked to the grocery store and back. So, they weren't intense gym days or anything, but I did get some form of exercise for 8 days in a row.

Yeah, my Dad's solution was to exercise more and eat less. LOL! I shot him down immediately. I don't feel like I could possibly up my exercise any more than I have and definitely don't want to eat less.

I might get a lot of crap for this, but I'm one that doesn't believe in eating my exercise calories back and I've lost 62 lbs so far. That said, if you want to eat them back but don't feel comfortable eating them all, maybe eat half back? That leaves room for errors and stuff as well!

A friend of mine ordered Jimmy Johns the other day and got an extra pickle (a whole big one) and asked if I wanted it. Just out of curiosity, I checked it in MFP and there were 3,500 mg of sodium! I almost died!

A fat free raspberry yogurt and a chocolate peanut butter 90 cal. Fiber One bar! Yum!

I put 2 Tbsp. PB2 (powdered peanut butter), 1 packet of Splenda and half of a banana. It is SO yummy and super filling!

I buy Dannon Plain and add some dried cranberries, a few walnuts and a packet of Splenda. I eat it every morning and LOVE it.
