Any LA Fitness Members?
Hey everyone- I'm going to do the Body Works plus Abs class tonight at the gym, and am wondering how I should log it. It's basically an hour of some light cardio, lots of reps with 5-7lb hand weights, and some lunges/squats and ab work. It's not cardio, but I know I burn a fair amt of calories when I do it. Thanks! Katie

What do you eat when you feel the NEED to treat yourself a l
I've only been eating healthy/working out for about a week and a half now and have not had any slip ups. I know that it's good to treat yourself to something once in awhile, but I don't want to go out eating Chinese or something else really fatty. What is a "treat" to you?
