is there a way for me to delete all my food history so I can only choose my new meals I create after weighing them?

I’ve tried everything. Nothing has worked so far. The only thing that will work is to stop doing they I’ve always been doing which hasn’t worked, and start weighing all my meals. Someone in this threads said this.

Goal Step 2 I am going to start using an app that scans package foods barcodes.

Goal Step 1 I replaced my food scale with new batteries. I also learned to change the units from grams to fluid ounces to pounds to milliliters to grams and I learned to turn on the Tare sheet so I can make the containers start at zero.

I still haven’t started prepping my foods and weighing my foods. I’ve been binging. Why am I putting this off. I believe prepping my food and weigh. My food is the only way for me to get slim again. Why am I putting this off.

thanks for asking! I know this is going to be an excuse, but me traveling to work one hour there one hour back when I get home. I’m so exhausted that I put everything aside for now so I haven’t really done anything.

Thanks for your reply. The problem is, the food is not in the house. I drive to clear my head and that’s when I go to places to binge. Today is a new day. I purchased vegetables last night that I will clean today to eat as snacks. I will also learn to weight foods and use my scale.

Why do I always always always binge when I feel I am making a breakthrough when it comes to eating right to lose weight. Every single time I say to myself I will allow myself this one last binge and start eating right tomorrow!!!!!

I was going to return the rubber maid and get glass, but I lost the receipt. The Rubbermaid says I could put it in the microwave but without the plastic lid. I’ll eventually get glass containers and use those.

Do you guys make prep meals for seven days a week or just prep meals for five days a week? Should I count my vegetable snacks in my chloric intake? What kind of vegetable snacks do you eat?
