I am so angry aggravated and defeated. I have not lost one freaking inch since I’ve been watching my calories not one freaking inch. I’m stuck in a 38. I’m so sick of this.
Does it matter what time I do core ab exercises? And does it matter if I do it on a full stomach or not?

Hey everyone, I haven’t been here in a while. I quit smoking 14 days ago. I’ve been over eating junk food. It’s time for me to take my inner strength and start eating right again so I can be in the best shape of my life, as I continue to seek a new job.
I suppose it depends on how many calories you consumed over your caloric goal for cardio to make a difference. What is the caloric limit you allow?
I know the reason I’m not losing my God it’s because I’m not watching my diet and doing enough cardio. I would have thought the weight training I’m doing would help contribute to losing the good but it seems it has been. I’m really disgusted.

Doing cardio for longs periods of time it’s always been a challenge for me. However if I consume large amounts of sugar in the day I find doing any cardio nearly impossible.
