I really would like to learn how to prep my meals for the week. Any suggestions?

Similar but different meals. It needs to be efficient or you won’t keep up with it.
For example this is a typical week for me:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt every day, a different nut mixed in each day, different fruit mixed in each day. This makes it easy to line up all the containers and dish out all the yogurt first, then just drop a handful of nuts in each one and then scoop frozen or fresh fruit into each. You can have breakfast for the week like that done in under 5-10 minutes depending on your fruit.
Another week I might do 5 jars, scoop in oats, liquid, cinnamon, nuts, fruit, put in fridge, grab and go overnight oats.
Lunch:
5 containers, lettuce in all 5, then mix and match veggies and protein like chicken or eggs to make each slightly different.
Or I use leftovers in meal prep a lot. Saturday we might do rice for dinner so I make way more than we need and I have rice bowls for my lunches (or even breakfast if you don’t mind cold rice).
The key is to not make 5 entirely unique and separate meals. Find common bases or ingredients that fit with multiple meals and use them.2
