in hockey practice I can skate and bend over to pick up the pucks and pylons without dropping down to one knee and then struggle to get back up!

I don't let fitbit and mfp sync at all...if I go for a run or elliptical or weight train I record on MFP what fitbit records for the burn, but I don't count 10K daily steps just walking around as calories burned as I wouldn't want to eat them

I have a goal that is to be fit and nimble when I hit my elder years. I want to still be able to walk and dance with my wife and throw a ball around with my son. I've seen the effect on knees and hips and I'm doing my best to build up muscle to ensure I don't wear those joints out!

I had a Fitbit charge HR and it was awesome. No issues at all. Liked it so much I now have a surge and it's amazing. Nice thing about Fitbit is they stand behind their products. Keep your receipts and they will make you happy.

That's a great point. The trend keeps moving lower means you're in a good place. My weight jumps up and down but I only watch my trend line. I use a cool app to track. Here's what a snapshot looks like
