    If I had my way, I'd move back to Alberta. My wife says otherwise though. I love Alberta!!

    Nova Scotian, looking to lose 182lbs, I've lost 31lbs so far. The holidays tripped me up a bit but I'm back at it. I just follow basic CICO and use a fitbit zip.

    Vancouver Island! Ahh the Canadian tropics, the little city at the bottom of the island where we almost never get snow. We got 2cm in spring 2014, none since.
