 Nova Scotian, looking to lose 182lbs, I've lost 31lbs so far. The holidays tripped me up a bit but I'm back at it. I just follow basic CICO and use a fitbit zip.0

            Gotta love Canada!! Where we rely on the windchill to determine how many layer of clothing to wear before we step out the door in the morning. -22 in Ottawa this morning!
 We've got you beat here in the frozen wasteland that is Winnipeg... pretty sure they were reporting windchills in the -30s this morning. I think I froze a little patch on my palm when I touched the gear shift in my car this morning 
 I'm from northwestern Ontario originally, though I think that's fairly interchangeable with being Manitoban lol.0
