You've lost 60lbs total so 8lbs should be a walk in the park! You got this. I always say consistency is the key. Keep exercising and eating well. We're all going to have off days, but as long as your off days are small in number you'll be fine. :) believe you can and you will!

I enjoy: 1 Avocado any kind of nuts carrots celery small smoothie (no added sugar, all natural) wheat thins with low fat cream cheese cottage cheese any kind of fruit ummm....I think that's pretty much the snacks I enjoy. Hope it helps!

I would say keep working out your arms, add some weights to the workout! I use 3lb dumbells (6lbs total) while working out my arms. The more weight I add the more I tone and shape my arms. It might take you a while to see results, but if you're consistent enough you'll shed the flab! Good luck!!

Um. No brainer. You put on some warm clothes and get the job done. If you REALLY want to workout you find a way to do it.....that's all I can really say. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but it's kind of an obvious answer.

I'm 5'4 and my weight goal is 135. Everyones bodies are shaped differently and I think 135 is a pretty healthy weight for me. Considering I'm 185 right now!
