I went to Walmart and my roommates all wanted to buy matching silly shirts. I have never been able to do that before because I always shop at plus size stores but I bought an extra large off the rack and it actually fit!! Also I am able to actually wrap a towel all the way around myself.

I love juicing. As others have said I think it is best when incorporated into other healthy lifestyle choice. I have never been a breakfast person and trying to get a meal in before noon is a challenge and often makes me feel ill, so instead I have a green juice.
