Our challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

I am in for the 10,000. Foot injury so I am hoping I can do this and get going slowly again.

I'd love to join you guys! I'm just getting used to using my FitBit. I average about 8000 a day but would love to push it to 10,000.0

Sounds fun, I always have gals that come into my Zumba class with the step counters on and in one hour they log about 5500 steps, they love it! Get to dancing and get those steps in easily! I'm not sure how accurate those ped things are but the ladies always love their results0

They are fairly accurate as to the number of steps but probably not the distance walked. They say an average mile is 2000 steps but I have found that it takes me any where from 2000 to 2400 to do a mile. Plus our steps are not always evenly spaced. I just use mine to keep me accountable to staying active.0 -

COOL! I'm in, vivofit counts my steps anyway and I always have a slacker day once/week where I'm under 10,000 steps. This should help! :bigsmile:0

I hope I can at least get to 10k every day, but with a desk job, it's usually a big effort.0 -
I aim for 10,000 everyday. I use my fitbit and average about 8,000 Maybe joining this Challenge will help me get that extra 2,000 steps daily!!
