  • I am sorry for the losses you have had. I am wondering if you are not eating enough. You state that you burn 1500-1800 just at work. You should be eating that much in your lunch and snacks at work. That may help you not be so hungry when you leave work. Remember that you have to have enough fuel to run your body.
