When I first started my weight loss journey I was almost 240 pounds and I lost 20 pounds with the Slim in 6 DVDs from beach body. When you are really heavy the first 20 to 30 pounds are easy to lose if you watch what you eat and are consistent with exercise. I have had success reshaping my body using 30 day shred, banish…

I don't know how to post pictures here, but you can see my profile picture. I think you can see some physical differences and I had only lost 16 pounds since the first pictures. I have 3 pictures there side by side. Most of my weight loss is through physical activity so it is a lot of FAT gone instead of water and muscle…

I ordered Hip Hop Abs last Tuesday and I was supposed to receive the package today, but it didn't come in the mail :-( I am hoping I will get it tomorrow and I will start right away. I am planning to complete the 60 day program and take before and after pictures to check progress, improvement, etc.

Cardio (like Zumba) burns more calories while doing it and Strength and Circuit training (like Insanity) burn less calories while doing it, but should keep you burning more after you finish the work out (the so call after burn). You will see more…

Kirkland (Costco) is pretty close to the nutrition facts of the 0% fage. Good to know in case I cannot find my favorite I can replace it with this one.

Fage 0% Nutrition Facts Serving Size 1 Container (170g) Calories 100 Calories from fat 0 Total carb 7g Proteing 18g Sodium 65 mg Calcium 20% I buy it at Publix for $1.39 the small containers. I buy the bigger containers at Walmart because it is cheaper there, but they don't always carry the 170g container for the 0%

Fage 0% has the highest protein percentage and less amount of calories among all the greek yogurts I have tried. I really like how rich it is. I usually mix it with a tablespoon of organic granola and/or 1 tbs of organic peanut butter like the one that Publix makes.

In 2011 I lost 39 pounds in 3 months using the treadmill, but I was doing HIIT (high intensity interval trainning) 3 days a week and three days just walking at 2.8-3 mph for 60 minutes and one day off. I also did some light weight lifting 4 days a week and included whey protein shakes in my diet.
