I really think it has a lot to do with the way they sew you back up. My section scar is crooked. One was sewn up perfect, other side bulges. I have always had a flat tummy, now I have half a flat belly. Come on ladies, at 60 who's gunna give a rip?

I am 154 pounds, do 1 hour cycling, and 40 minutes weight training 4 times a week, and loose less than 1 pound a week... I'm on a 1200 cal. def.... Does this put things into perspective? do your cardio and weight training... Dont try to loos too quickly.. it will nip you in the *kitten* later...

80% of loosing weight is diet, what you eat, 20 % is excersize... I would rather excersize as well, but it wasnt until I watched my sugar, fat and caloric intake that things changed significantly. Not what you wanted to hear, but def. the truth...

Why does it bother YOU that she doesnt tell the truth? Sounds like an issue with yourself insted of her. I'm not trying to be mean. I love turbo Jam... but , ya, belly fat is mostly diet... I even see this when I eat sugar one day, and the next dat I even look more bloated in the belly...:( Look at sugar intake...
