I sleep 4-6 hours and work long days too. The biggest thing is to keep the diet right and manage weight. then get in some quick, high intensity workouts. Plenty of 10-20 minute routines on YouTube to work on cardio and strength/conditioning.

Thanks. I have moments of accomplishment and interest, but overall...not so much. I fake it well and have for a while though. Just lots of reasons for it.
