I used to drink, like...a lot. Like...too much. Went through some changes to correct that, and while most alcoholics can't drink without going overboard, I still like to dull the senses at times with a few beers or one good three finger pour of scotch. No long term adverse effects.

Yeah, I had to put on a pullover on court the other morning! I was worried I might have to get a jacket. Then there is heat stroke issues too. Who knew winter could be so tough!

I do a lot of chicken salads personally and find they do work well for weight loss. Good protein and nutrients with easy to manage calories. Just careful of the little things you put in, like nuts, cheeses, or other items because those little calories can add up quick in just a handful.

Has nothing to do with green tea and everything to do with increased water intake. Drink more water and you will increase resting energy burn by up to 25% and it promotes less eating while you'll feel full longer. It isn't going to drop pounds, but does help promote and support weight loss over time.
