Hey!!!! D3L1 complete!! I feel great! This is my second time this year that I'm doing the shred! This time I took pics, weighed myself, and using weights.

So I don't know how to invite people to a group, maybe I'd have to be a group creator, but try searching Jillians Michaels 30 day shred April 2013. Right! Level two was soo brutal. I only did it for for a few days before going onto level three. I finish the shred on Wednesday! I'm moving onto Ripped in 30 :)

Hi all! So i'm on day 20 today! I have attempted the 30 day shred before, but I always stopped about 5-7 days into level 2. It's like a lose my drive. I really didn't like that level.
