I completed P90X last summer. I started Insanity today, too. I was tired from the fit test! Whew. I burned 200 calories. I am 5'2 and 115 lbs.

I would look for a low calorie protein powder. I drink two 100 calorie shakes a day with 4 ounces of water and 4 ounes of skim milk.

I am on week 7 of P90X. The only advice I have is to be patient, push play, and bring it. :) It's tough, but there are a ton of modifications. When I started, I had not worked out for over a year. I thought so. I have always eaten 1,200 or less, so I feel like 1,500 is too much. I know I am burning tons of calories though. I am running low on energy, so I need to up my calories. Thanks for the advice. That is so true! It is crazy hard, but def worth it. :)
