You are so not alone - if the treat is in my house I will eat it - sometimes on a "strong day" I will throw whatever it is in the trash, but more often I will eat it until it is gone then feel like I can be stronger the next day. Because of my "habit" I try to not have anything in the house to tempt me. Out of sight…

I eat it every morning. I add 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries and 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries and one packet of Splenda. Yummy!

I just saw this post - and I'm in. Started back last Monday and as of this morning I am down 6 pounds for the week! That brings me to 18 pounds down and 100 more to go!
