I've felt the same way. I take pictures every couple of weeks, and its the only thing that keeps me going. I've seen a bigger difference in my clothes fitting than movement on the scale. Keep up the hard work, it is so worth it!

I'm an RN working graves also, and this is almost exactly how I do it. I did some research and could not get a straight answer. I also drink a lot of water to keep my stomach happy at night so I'm not tempted to eat all the junk that is always at work.
