You should really do an upper body/lower body routine and build up everything. Otherwise you look like all the idiots that go to the gym I go to, huge arms, maybe a huge chest, teeeeeny weeny little legs. It's funny to look at but it MUST be embarrassing lol I do upper body days and lower body days.

I've mixed it with almond milk before, but I'd rather have water or cow milk in it. My boyfriend is ridiculous however, and uses a half cup of almond milk, a half cup of cow milk, and two eggs in a cup (dry) pf oats lol
