Once I lose 100lbs, I'll be able to get skin removal surgery. I might have to have a gastric bypass redo, but until that's decided, I'm working on it on my own and I'm four pounds down. I don't know about the smaller goals right now. I'll have to think about it.

Well, when I went on the scooby site (not sure if that's the right name or not) it said that my bmr is 2137 and my TDEE is 2565. Now, I have a sendentary job at the moment and I'm not doing a lot of exercise, which I'm working on changing. So I'm confused on how many calories I should be eating and how much exercise to do…

I understand that I have to excercise. No need to break any bad news to me. I think I got confused and put the wrong thing. I thought it meant what kind of exercise are you doing "NOW". So the exercise I put in is supposed to be my goal exercise? All of this is so confusing.

Thanks for the link! I now understand what it is, but the next question is: what is the process of starting it? I looked but I can't seem to find anything except general information.

Can someone tell me what a reset is and how to start it? I have no idea and I should probably do that before I start the program, I guess.

Ok, I went to the scooby site and put in my info. I got a BMR of 2137 and a TDEE of 2565. I chose "gain muscle, lose fat" as my goal. Do I just use these numbers in my custom goal on MFP or do I need to put in something different?

You're right. It's that whole, "accentuate the positive" type thing. Thanks for helping see that side of it.
