Hiatal hernia and gallbladder were the first things that came to my mind, but need to see an MD to find out. There are meds for gallbladder sludge that can be prescribed by your physician.

Congratulations on your awesome journey to your goal weight!

Ok, I'm in. I will make my attempt to be 1 liter of water/day, and exercise 2 days/wk. My goal is 20 lbs, but I would love it to be 25, but not a pound more than that. Approximately 1 lb/wk. =) Tomorrow will be 1 week of doing a food diary and really trying.

It's not the "taste", it is the texture! The greek yogurt is very thick, I really like it! It probably does tast different, but really it is just a different experience altogether; I really don't like "regular" yogurt that much anymore!

I LOVE  "The Greek Gods" Honey -flavored greek yogurt with granola and fresh berries...raspberries, bluberries, blackberries. It makes an awesome breakfast...but it ISN'T low-calorie!! They do make plan, non-fat yogurt, which would not be bad with fresh fruit and some no or low-calorie sweetener...

I've been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for the majority of my life, raised that way. I did try a vegan diet for about a year, very difficult. However, I again, as others have said, need to go to more produce and less pre-prepared foods...it is a lot more work, but tastes very good if the time and effort are made. I'm finding it…

I used to be from the San Diego area, have been in the Sacramento area for the past 6 yrs now. I joined a couple of weeks ago, on my Droid, but didn't really play with it. Today, I finally started really doing it on my PC. Good Luck to you! :drinker:
