I have a Garmin Forerunner 405CX, used it for awhile, then it got to be too complicated for what I wanted. Have been wearing my FitBit one since I got it about a month ago. It is very good to keep me active. I haven't decided if the sleep monitor is even accurate, it is a cool idea, and I have lots of problems with…

"Getting started again is the hardest part. Sigh" Isn't that the truth! Hang in there.

I feel your pain. Have had Fibro for 26 years. Best thing I have found is: pace yourself. You need to use your energy wisely. Stretching is very helpful. Get plenty of rest. More later...

You can get back on track this next week. We all have times when theings are not as planned, or as we'd have liked them to go, but it's not the end of the world; just pick up and keep going!

I didn't notice that I gained weight, other than being bloated when I was near and during my cycle. I did become irritable and cranky.:indifferent:

Pilates is awesome! Try a studio if you can and go to a very small class...2-4 people. The more hands on help you can get to get started the better you willl understand the exercise! I go 1.5 x/wk. I also have some DVD's.

So very sorry for your loss. Friday will be difficult day for you, you'll be in my thoughts. I'm sure your head will play tricks on you, and try to make you think you are still pregnant, for awhile. It is hard to go into a D & C, because your brain keeps telling you that maybe they are wrong. I've had 3 pregnancy losses, D…

Yeah, I'm in the boat....55 and still not technically menopausal, but hopefully this summer will join those ranks....for Pete's sake, I'll be 56! I've been perimenopausal forever, it seems!

I'm afraid I agree with Breckgirl...one thing that might help, though, is light therapy. Since you live where there isn't a lot of sunshine. I can't seem to find my information about the lights...they are special "natural" light lights, that give you a specific spectrum that helps. Have to have a specific amount of time in…

I bought myself a HRM for my 1st 10-lb loss!

I like the Chobani non-fat honey Greek Yogurt. I eat it with 1/4 C. granola and fresh fruit if I have it (usually raspberries or blueberries). I also like the plain Chobani with fresh raspberries and 1/2 tsp of Agave Sweetener.

yeah, I've put them on my right hand also, it is about 1 size larger for me, too.

I was originally a size 4.5; now noticing my size 6 bands are also coming off too easily, so have been wearing a plain size 5 band at work, so as not to lose my rings; and wear my other bands when I am off, and keep a closer eye on them...I want to wait to resize, as they have already been resized up from a smaller size,…

I recently found: "Follow Your Heart" brand low fat ranch dressing. Egg free, gluten free, no cholesterol, no preservatives. 25 cal/2 Tbsp (30 grams). It doesn't taste as good as regular ranch, of course, but it is much better than no dressing, and it is awesome calories!

WTG!

My pilates instructor just mentioned last night, that some of the studios (pilates) are teaching it!
