I do it all the time as well i have not sen any negative effects just make sure you do said exercise and you will be fine

I love Zumba i do it both at home and i go to classes it seems to be helping a lot if i would have known about it sooner i think i would have lost the weight a lot sooner lol

Why dont you get a heart rate monitor i got mine for 30 bucks then i just added it under my exercises when i couldnt find zumba

i dont think you HAVE to eat them back i think you CAN eat them but you should eat ALL of them i usually dont

I have been doing it 3 times a week for the past month i lost 8 inches and 12 pounds so i would say yes although thats not the only thing i do i still incorporate some strength training by going to curves but i dont go as often as i should so i thinks it's mostly the zumba since you can burn anywhere from 400-1000 calories…

well i do strenght training 4 days a week and then the other three days are straight cardio like zumba ,walking, aerobics etc does this seem like a good thing to do?

I am also 5'3 but i am 225 i have a long way to go i want to be 140 people say i should be 120 but when i was 130 i look sickly i think people carry weight differently and 140 is a good weight for me
