gaining weight?
So I started last week I go to they gym 3 days a week and exercise at home 2 days a week. I am eating a lot healthier but I have actually gained 2 pounds!! I don't understand has this happened to anyone else before? What should I do?

Has anyone tried the Zumba Total body transformation set? if so does it work? i mean i dot the class every week but this is suppose to be on a different level and more effective just want feedback from anyone that has tried it

how important are rest days and how many should i have? i pretty much exercise 7 days a week

1st week success
This is my first week and i lost 5 pounds! i know my ticker says 14 but thats only because i guessed my weight when i signed up and i was lighter than i thought. I can do this i am happy with the 5 pounds!

week 4 plateau
i have heard a lot of people say after week four they hit a plateau how many of you have hit that plateau and what have you done to overcome it? as i approach week 4 i would like tips to prevent or overcome this
